Today's Workout!

At my women's class today, we really kicked it up a notch! If you haven't heard of CrossFit, you might have been living under a rock! lol. It's pretty hard core, but fun and constantly different! My all-women's class has been focused on cardio for the past few months, but I think they are ready to step it up and build some muscle! I had them do the following workout. 10 Rounds For Time

20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
10 Push Press (45# or 33#)
5 Burpees
