Superfood for the Soul

So this immune system being compromised thing STINKS! Being pregnant makes it hard to kick an illness, so I've decided to take control! 'Superfoods' have SO many benefits and can help you lower cholesterol, reduce your risk of heart disease and other treacherous illnesses, but they also boost your immune system and BONUS can even put you in a better mood! I have also incorporated some Organic Pregnancy Tea with honey {for my sore, sore throat} to round off this delicious breakfast! 
  • Eggs {I added a tbsp of 2% Milk}
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Tart cherries
  • Traditional Medicinals Organic Pregnancy Tea
  • Honey
