Whether it be weight loss, strength training, endurance, speed & agility, overall health & wellness, or soccer skills/tactical training, she's got your covered! What do you get?
Individual Fitness Training:  One-on-one coaching and instruction on the foundations of CrossFit along with form, technique, skills, mobility, stretching, and other fitness components to help athletes reach their desired goals.  Individual training can help you advance fitness level and help you gain confidence, strength, speed, endurance and competitiveness.

Individual Soccer: These hour-long sessions will include ball work, skills training, technical and tactical training, fitness, and SAQ (speed/agility/quickness) training. Working one-on-one with a coach will allow for more individual attention to certain aspects of soccer that an athlete wishes to improve upon. It is a great way to take your game to the next level!

Health Coaching: In these 60 minute sessions, we will discuss your current state of health, solution strategies, goals and execution, and progress evaluation. Health Coaching is a great way to take control of your health in a positive and natural way. Health Coaching coupled with Fitness training doubles your rate of success and allows you to see results very quickly! 

Group Training:  Small group training includes fitness coaching and instruction on form, technique, skills, mobility and stretching technique. Small groups (up to five people) are a great way to build on your foundation alongside friends, family members or teammates. It also doesn’t break the bank! You get more focused attention from your coach on your specific needs as an athlete. Family training is also available at a flat rate no matter how many people are in your immediate family!

Group Soccer:  Small group soccer sessions include the same benefits of individual training but are done in groups up to five people. These sessions will allow for a competitive atmosphere while learning more fundamental technique and tactical components of soccer. Team training does not take the place of a high school or club coach, but adds to the depth of the team’s technical and tactical foundation. Ball work and skills training are 50% the other 50% is dedicated to SAQ (speed/agility/quickness) and fitness/resistance training. This is a great way to grow as a team and become better overall athletes.
