Equipment-Free Version:
Buy in: Run 1 mile (must complete buy in before starting AMRAP)
then do As Many Rounds As Possible of:
5 Burpees
10 sit-ups
15 plyo push-ups
(plyo indicates hands springing off of the ground after pushing up)
